    We collect data in the following ways:

    • Contact information you provide when booking a call (name, email, company) via Calendly
    • Data submitted through our partner forms (name, email, company)
    • Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (anonymised where possible)

    • To respond to your enquiry or booking
    • To improve our website and services
    • To meet legal obligations

    4. Third-party services

    We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

    • Calendly:for scheduling calls. Subject to Calendly's privacy policy.
    • Google Analytics 4:for website analytics.
    • Google Tag Manager:for managing tracking scripts.
    • Google Ads:for conversion tracking.

    5. Google Ads account data

    When a client gives Pennock Performance access to their Google Ads account, we use Google APIs to read and change that account's data (campaigns, budgets, keywords, ads and performance reports). We use this data only to manage and report on that client's own advertising. We do not sell it, do not use it for other clients or for advertising, and do not share it with third parties.

    Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Clients can revoke our access at any time in their Google Ads account.

    6. Data retention

    We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Contact data is deleted upon request.

    7. Your rights

    Under the GDPR you have the right to:

    • Access the personal data we hold about you
    • Request correction or deletion of your data
    • Object to processing of your data
    • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

    8. Cookies

    This website only places analytics and advertising cookies after you click Accept in the cookie banner. Those are Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager, with Consent Mode), the Meta Pixel, to measure which ads lead to a lead scan, and Apollo, which recognises the company behind a visit. If you click Decline, the Meta Pixel and Apollo do not load and Google only receives signals without cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookies link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser for one year.
