Le Stonghe
Le Stonghe is a luxury wedding venue in Italy for Dutch and international couples. Enquiries came in through the site, but nowhere was it visible which campaign ultimately produced a tour or a booking. And a wedding is not booked after one click: the decision takes months.

The approach
On 1 May we took over SEA and SEO and rebuilt the campaigns around language and intent: getting married in Italy calls for a different message than a search for a specific region or accommodation.
The heart of the approach lives in HubSpot. We set up a deals pipeline for weddings, from first enquiry to tour to booking, with automated email flows and reminders for couples who are still deciding. Every enquiry is traceable to the campaign it came from.
The Le Stonghe team follows along in a real-time dashboard: how many enquiries are live, which stage they are in and what a booking cost in media budget.
The result
Where previously only the number of forms was visible, Le Stonghe now steers on the entire funnel. Budget decisions are made on bookings and tours, not clicks. The long decision time of couples is absorbed by the flows, so an enquiry from March can still become a booking in September.
